Everything was perfect, quiet and beautiful hotel. Lovely bedroom. Amicable staff, very comfy beds. Location right by cenote azul or downtown, Bacalar, and restaurants and the central plaza. A great selection of food options within walking distance of the venue.

Fairly clean, small hotel, I enjoyed gorgeous rooms and kind staff. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge. Location: the property was near the well appointed municipal beach and the lake and the central plaza.
